Examination Rules

declared are final and cannot be reconsidered.
Promotion Policies

Promotion to the
next class is based on overall performance in
Formative and Summative Assessments.

Regularity in
attendance, punctual submission of assignments, and
participation in class activities are considered
during promotion.

Students who fail
to secure the minimum required marks may be given
special guidance and remedial support, but promotion
will depend on consistent effort.

Absence from exams
without valid reasons will negatively impact
promotion.
Study Habits & Responsibilities

Students are
encouraged to devote at least two hours in the
evening and one hour in the morning for personal
study on school days.

On holidays,
additional time should be spent in revision and
practice, particularly for board classes (Std. X &
XII).

Parents are
expected to monitor study schedules, sign progress
reports, and support their child’s learning journey.
Evaluation Records

evaluation record of every student is maintained by
the school.

transfer, this record will be provided along with
the Transfer Certificate, ensuring continuity of
